Day 1 - Bangalore to Mysore
Get picked up from your Airport/Railway Station in Bangalore and start the journey towards Mysore. It takes about 3 hours to reach Mysore from Bangalore. check into your hotel and after a short relaxing nap be ready for visit is the Mysore Palace. The palace was built in the year 1912 and served as the official residence of the Wadiyar dynasty. Overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 2 - Mysore Sightseeing
Have a mouthwatering breakfast and get ready to explore Mysore railway Museum is our next destination. It was built in the year 1979 by the Indian Railways and depicts the journey and development of the Indian railways through a collection of photographs and other items. Brindavan Gardens is next on our list. Spread across 60 acres, Brindavan Gardens are the three-terraced gardens that feature many attractions. St. Philomena’s Church is one of the largest churches in India and is dedicated to Saint Philomena, St. Philomena’s Church. This destination is known for its architectural beauty and religious significance. Next, we will visit Chamundi hills. Halfway up the hill is a 16ft monolithic statue of Nandi and a fierce and gaudily coloured statue of Mahishasura. The hills allow you to gaze the beauty of Mysore from the top. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3 - Mysore to Ooty
After breakfast, travel from Mysore to Ooty, Mysore to Ooty is a journey of about 3 - 3.5 hours. In Ooty, we will first visit the Botanical Gardens. Spread across 22 hectares, the garden was segregated into the upper portion, the garden, and the lower portion. All the portions are home to the beauty you cannot miss watching. Next, we will explore Doddabetta Peak. The peak stands at a height of 8650 feet or 2,623 meters above the sea level and is also a popular trekking destination. The views from here are unmatched and breathtaking. Ooty Lake would be our last destination for the day. Lined by tall Eucalyptus trees, the lake gets its water from a stream flowing through the hills. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 4 -Ooty Sightseeing
After breakfast, we will head towards exploring the Ketti Valley Viewpoint. Ketti Valley is also known as the Switzerland of South India and is home to gushing waterfalls, flourishing wildlife, and lush greenery. Next, we will be visiting Wenlock Downs as included in Mysore Ooty Kodaikanal tour package. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, Wenlock Downs is one of the best places to get away and relax in the lush green beauty. Pykara Falls, our next destination, is set amid lush greenery and breathtaking sights. Here, you can enjoy a self-sponsored boat ride. The last destination for the day is Lamb’s Rock. Lamb's Rock offers a great view of the clear skies and is inhabited by monkeys. Overnight in hotel.
Day 5 -Ooty - Kodaikanal | Day at Leisure
Relish your breakfast. We would be traveling from Ooty to Kodaikanal. It takes a little less than 7 hours to reach the destination. On this day, you have the time to explore the city on your own. Enjoy the leisure time you have, and you can visit markets, and go for some shopping. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 6 – Kodaikanal Sightseeing
We will be visiting Kodai Lake after breakfast. It is a manmade lake developed by the British and early missionaries. After visiting the lake, we will head towards Coaker’s Walk. A man-made one-kilometer-long path is built between the mountains and serves as an adorable nature walk to the visitors. The Coakers walk will lead you towards Bryant Park. Plants from all around the world thrive in a greenhouse located here.We will, next, move towards the Suicide Point, Green Valley View. Lush green hills, valleys, and plains can be viewed from here. Pillar Rocks reach up to a height of 400 feet and represents David Gell's excellent tribute to love. Devil's Kitchen is the chamber between these two massive rocks. Exploring Guna Caves also called Devil's Kitchen would be explored next. It is a narrow deep valley and has slippery rocks to get down to the caves. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 7 – Kodaikanal - Bangalore
After Breakfast check out and proceed to Coimbatore board your Train or Flight.
